We strive to deliver quality products that meet your satisfaction. We gladly accept returns and exchanges on apparel item(s) that are received in the same condition they were sold. We are unable to accept returns on item(s) that have been worn, washed, or altered from its original state. All returns and exchanges must be performed within 30 days of the original purchase date.

All other non-apparel item(s) including but not limited to books, DVDs, souvenirs, and sale items are final sale. Purchaser agrees to pay return shipping on all returned or exchanged items. In the event an item is an even exchange, the Company agrees to pay re-routed shipping rates.
We try our best to accurately capture the colors, materials, fabrics, and details on all items. Note different computer, phone, or device screens may slightly alter listing appearance or tones of products listed.
Upon confirmation of Your return to our facility, a refund will be processed back onto the original form of tender used to place the order. Refunds take between 5-7 business days to process.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact cavalry@uscavalry.org as soon as possible. Cancellation of orders can only be made if the item has not begun shipping. If the item(s) are in shipping process, note you will have to wait until Your item(s) arrive, and then follow the appropriate product return(s) as listed above.
We unfortunately do not allow layaway or payment plans at this time.
